By accessing or using rivals.bio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using it you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You may not share, sell, or transfer your account.
• One account per person. Duplicate or impersonation accounts will be removed.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post or display content that is hateful, discriminatory, harassing, threatening, or obscene.
• Impersonate any person, brand, or organization, including NetEase Games or Marvel.
• Upload malware, phishing links, or other malicious content.
• Use the Service to spam, scrape, or abuse any third-party APIs.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or circumvent any security measure of the Service.
• Use automated tools to create accounts or submit content at scale.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you post (bio text, links, images). By posting it, you grant rivals.bio a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store and display it as part of the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content on your profile. We may remove content that violates these terms without prior notice.

5. Premium Subscriptions

• Premium access is granted via Discord role membership and is non-transferable.
• Premium features are subject to change. We do not guarantee any specific feature will remain available indefinitely.
• All purchases are final. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis via our Discord support.
• We reserve the right to revoke premium access if your account violates these terms.

6. Intellectual Property Disclaimer

rivals.bio is an independent fan project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by NetEase Games, Inc. or Marvel Entertainment, LLC.

Marvel Rivals™, Marvel™, and all related characters, names, logos, and distinctive likenesses are trademarks and/or copyrights of Marvel Entertainment, LLC and/or NetEase Games, Inc. All rights reserved by their respective owners.

Any game assets, screenshots, or character references displayed on user profiles are used for fan and community identification purposes under nominative fair use. rivals.bio claims no ownership over any such third-party intellectual property.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us via Discord.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, data preservation, or fitness for any particular purpose. Use the Service at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rivals.bio and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
